1. Can the weft be cut?

Yes. Our wefts are reinforced and made by machine. They can be cut without unraveling. We do not suggest cutting our weft.

2. Does this hair shed?

Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimum shedding meaning (the hair will never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised as to your own care for your hair. 

3. How much hair do I need? 

We suggest Length 14-16" Inches - You need 2 bundles or more due to your preference, Length 18-24" Inches - You need 3 bundles or more due to your own preference, Length 26-30" Inches- You need 4 bundles or more due to your own preference, and 30"- Up 5 bundles or More. 

4. How much does each bundle weigh?

Virgin Hair is first weighed at 3.2-3.5 oz and hand sewed on a weft, so the wefts will be different between each bundle. 

5. Is #613 London Blonde Hair High Maintenance?

Yes. Anytime you bleach hair to #613 Blonde that hair will be fragile and easier to break/shed off due to the hair bonds being broken. London Blonde Hair will require daily hydrating of Argan Oil and washed weekly with some hydrating shampoo and conditioner.

6. What type of hair care products should I use?

Care for this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair for 2-3 hours is very important to keeping the hair soft and manageable. We recommend using Silicon mix deep conditioner on your virgin hair once per week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products. 

7. Do I have to do anything special in the morning?

We advise you comb your hair every morning. Gently brush your hair from the ends towards your scalp. Starting from the ends keeps the pressure off the weft area and is a good way to maintain the longevity of the extensions. 

8. Do I have to do anything special at night?

You must NEVER sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte hair that makes it very difficult to keep the hair the way you want. Just make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep and you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Wrapping your hair before bed will help protect the longevity of your hairstyle. Our hair scarfs and bonnets are great for hair care. Rolling your hair in rods at night will maintain your curls and limit the amount of heat you have to use on your hair daily.

9. Is there maintenance involved wit the up keep of this hair?

Yes. For Virgin hair schedule your re-attachment service appointments every 2-4 weeks. 

You may go swimming in pools and hot tubs. We recommend pulling your hair into a ponytail to keep your hair from tangling. It is best to wash your hair right after swimming. 

10. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2-3 business days.

 

11. When will my Tracking number start to update? 

After receiving a tracking email. Shipping Activity will become available after 24-48hrs. Your tracking number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it inside your inbox. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders, please contact customer service at info@herobsession.shop

 

12. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily. So orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete. 

 

13. May I make an exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not support exchanges at this time. Only refunds will be given. You will have to place a new order. 

 

14. Who pays return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping cost is not refundable. 

 

15. What items are non-refundable?

We currently do not accept international returns.
