Her Obsession is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any carrier delays. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. Her Obsession is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters.


No hair will be shipped out on holidays.

Can You Make Changes To Your Order?

To Insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily. So orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

All orders require a signature!

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
if your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the shipping section, your order will automatically be cancelled. All orders require a signature, therefore we can not ship to P.O. Box


Wrong address disclaimer


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We can not guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are not sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processed or has been shipped, we can not change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package returns back to us. In that case, we can re-ship your order or provide you with a refund.

REFUND POLICY


We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions, unused wig/units within FIVE (5) DAYS within receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions and wig we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair extensions or wigs that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with!

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "Her Obsession", because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services.

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Her Obsession will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend you USPS to send your returns. Please attach a not inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!

You MUST contact us first before refunding your package at info@herobsession.shop within the FIVE (5) DAY return period. All Her Obsession Hair Extensions And Units must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human Hair Extensions and Units are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Her Obsession hair seal on the bundle has been broken, as well as tag or lace has been cut off the wig/unit.

All Sales are final on custom coloring.

 

When will I receive my refund?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions or unit were not opened, and the Her Obsession security seal, tags, or lace was not broken or cut. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 48-72 Hours.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Unfortunately we can not cancel any orders before they have shipped. If you provide a P.O. Box address your order will be canceled and a $20 cancellation fee will be applied.


Potential fraudulent or criminal activities

An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damages, or missing items, etc. Her Obsession reserves the right to refuse services to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.


Fraudulent activity

Our customer protection team also handles situations in which a return history may be indicated as fraudulent activity. In these situations, the customer protection team will reach out to discuss the situation in work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject our dolls, we must ensure the safety of Her Obsession.
